PU Tooling Boards Applications

Polyurethane tooling boards are kind of light, stable and easy machinable new materials with excellenct surface structure which can be glued together to make larger size molds. The PU tooling boards are widely used in: 

  • Automotive Industry: create automotive die models, styling models, checking fixtures, and prototypes of car parts; 
  • Prototyping: employed for rapid prototyping of consumer goods, electronic castings, and various industrial parts;
  • Jigs & Fixtures: provide stable and durable bases for manufacturing jigs and inspection fixtures; 
  • Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming: create molds used in processes involving moderate heat due to their temperature resisstance; 
  • Aerospace & Marine: create lightweight, high-precision molds and components in the aerospace, yacht and marine industries.
