BBN460 is a kind of medium density polyurethane modeling board with excellent surface smoothness. With the upgraded optimized formula and the below features, BBN460 PU modeling board can protect your blades well and help you get perfect surface effects without jags or damage, which is perfectly for delicate pattern designing and pattern making especially for tyre mould mater models. The BBN460 styling boards can be processed by CNC machine and is ideal for automotive die models, car models, master models, tyre mould master models, vacuum forming moulds and styling prototypes. We also offer another version of BBN460 PU boards as PU tooling boards which is suitable for jigs and fixtures, checking fixtures, fixture tools and other tooling applications.
